Continuing the Movement for the ECE Workforce

This discussion panel will extend on the conversations that began at the 2015 Early Learning and Child Care Conference and focus on solutions for professional pay for professional work for the ECE workforce.

Panelists will explore solutions and challenges from their positions in the ECEC sector followed by a moderated discussion and questions from participants. Join the discussion and be part of the movement to achieve professional pay for professional work for all ECEs in Ontario.
