Scrapbooking & Calligraphy with UGH students

AECEO placement student Tanuja Bhadreenaught hosted a super fun Scrapbooking & Calligraphy event for Early Childhood Studies students at University of Guelph-Humber as part of her work with the AECEO team. With the support from Community Organizer Jess Tomas, Tanuja collaborated with UGH faculty and peers to host an event for students to learn about advocacy and about the AECEO community.

Relationships are at the core of community organizing and building a collective voice. A big part of the work we do at the AECEO is creating intentional spaces like this outreach event, so people can connect with one another. Thank you to Tanuja for organizing this awesome event and to UGH students and faculty for joining us!
