Are you an ECE who would like to learn more about anti-racism and early childhood education?

Please join Dr. Kerry-Ann Escayg from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and Dr. Beverly-Jean Daniel, from Ryerson University, leading experts in anti-racist practice, for a series of free online sessions this summer!

Session 1 | Racism & Anti-Black Racism in Canada | July 5, 6-8pm

Session 2 | Understanding Concepts of Diversity | July 6, 6-8 pm

Session 3 | Racism & Young Children, & Re-thinking Family Involvement | July 12, 6-8pm

Session 4 | Anti-racist Pedagogy in the Early Years | July 13, 6-8 pm

Registration is free on a first-come, first-served basis & limited to 300 participants.

A certificate will be issued by the Association of Early Childhood Educators Ontario to attendees of all four sessions.

This initiative is a partnership between Dr.Rachel Berman and Dr. Beverly-Jean Daniel of Ryerson University, Dr. Alana Butler of Queen’s University, Dr. Zuhra Abawi of Niagara University, and Ms. Natalie Royer of Humber College, and the Association of Early Childhood Educators Ontario and College of Early Childhood Educators.
