November 26th - Phone Zap for $10aDay and Decent Pay, hosted by the AECEO & Justice for Workers
Join the AECEO, the OCBCC, Justice 4 Workers and Parents 4 Child Care as we flood voicemails and inboxes with calls for $10aDay and Decent Pay! Join our PHONE ZAP on Tuesday, November 26th 7:00-8:00PM to call on our governments to expand and strengthen the $10aDay program, with decent work and pay for all child care workers! A phone zap is an online gathering where people come together to call MPs, MPPs and other elected officials demanding action. Since we are doing our phone zap during the evening, most callers will be leaving a voicemail - less scary than talking to a person in real time! If you have never participated in an advocacy action before, this might be a great one for you to start with. Organizers will provide a script to help make the call and participants cheer one another on! It's always a good time! Register here to join the phone zap! -
