Ashlyn Tomasini completed a placement with the AECEO in the Spring-Summer of 2025 as part of the Bachelor of Early Learning & Community Development program at Algonquin College. For her placement project, Ashlyn compared the strategies governments in Australia, New Zealand and Ontario are taking to improving compensation for early childhood educators.
