Crystal Creamer completed a placement with the AECEO in the Fall of 2024 as part of the Early Childhood Studies program at Toronto Metropolitan University. Crystal's placement project is a guidebook about the $10aDay child care program and advocacy. This guidebook was a collaboration between Crystal and Keerthana Ratnarajah, who completed a student placement with the Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care
