Roadmap to Universal Child Care in Ontario: Second Edition
In September 2025, the Association of Early Childhood Educators Ontario and the Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care published the second edition of the Roadmap to Universal Child Care in Ontario. Created in consultation with partners, allies and members of the early years community, the Roadmap sets out a hopeful vision of an early learning and child care system with affordable fees, decent work and pay for educators, and access for all. This report also includes policy recommendations to make that vision a reality.
