At the Association of Early Childhood Educators Ontario (AECEO), we believe in fostering a collective movement for change in early childhood education (ECE) to improve wages, benefits, and working conditions across the sector. We believe that ECEs and child care workers deserve to participate in the decision-making processes that directly impact their lives.
