AECEO Annual General Meeting
The AECEO Annual General Meeting is almost here! We hope you will participate in this opportunity to be involved in providing direction to your professional association.
The online AGM is an opportunity for members to engage with Provincial Board candidates. Voting will not take place during the AGM but will be conducted via electronic or mail-in ballot beginning immediately after the AGM.
Attendance at the online AGM is not required in order to vote. Voting will be done in a separate online process conducted through a secure balloting application, or by mail-in ballot for those who do not have a valid email address.
Questions for the Provincial Board of directors may be sent in advance of the AGM via email, fax or regular mail. If timelines allow, questions and responses will be posted in the (AECEO Governance) section of the AECEO website prior to the AGM.

Further information and AGM packages will be sent out approximately 10 days prior to the AGM in addition to the log in information for participants.
