Re-Vamp of Encyclopedia on Early Childhood Development

bg-homeband.jpgOn March 10, 2015, the Centre for Excellence for Early Childhood Development announced the re-vamp of the Encyclopedia on Early Childhood Development. This online encyclopedia is targeted to service providers and policy makers with evidence-based information on 51 topics on early childhood development from conception to age 5.

The encyclopedia provides the most up-to-date scientific knowledge on early child development and has been adopted for use in Latin America, Brazil, Europe and Russia. The encyclopedia is translated into French, Spanish, Portuguese and is expected to be translated into Russian.
 
Topic categories include: Behaviour, Education and Learning, Health and Nutrition, Pregnancy, Family, and Services and Policy. The new format includes a more intuitive interface, more ways to access information, and videos.
