Professional pay and decent work is the focus of the AECEO's work right now. Please join us, your voice is our voice and together our voice is louder. Are you an #ece with a good job in the sector? With professional pay and good working conditions? We need your voice too. We must stand together with #eces and child care workers across the province and across services because no educator should work for less than a professional wage and everyone deserves #decentwork and supportive working environments. When the early childhood workforce is supported through professional wages and working conditions it is the children, the families and communities that we serve who benefit. Early childhood educators and child care workers are the key to quality and low compensation undermines quality.
