Leadership and Capacity Building in the ELCC Sector - Phase II
The AECEO in partnership with our francophone sister organization, L’Association francophone à l’éducation des services à l’enfance de l’Ontario L’AFESEO), is pleased to announce that we have received a one year grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation. Funding will be used to address the need for more public education on the role of early childhood educators in the new early learning program, provide training for joint early years staff development, and continue the AECEO's work on increasing leadership capacity within the early childhood sector. The AECEO project will involve community based partnerships in eight Ontario regions and will include additional early learning institutes. Further details regarding this project will be announced in the coming weeks.

The Ontario Trillium Foundation is an agency of the Government of Ontario. The Foundation allocates grants to eligible charitable and not-for-profit organizations in the arts and culture, environment, human and social services and sports and recreation sectors.
