About Holly Nimmons

Holly Nimmons, of Opis, is a dynamic, achievement-focused consultant with an established performance record of twenty years of management excellence. She has inspires leadership in not-for-profit organizations and community groups. She engages and empowers, by educating and guiding individuals towards successful achievements. Her work fosters confidence and change.

Through Opis, Holly has successfully facilitated leaders to determine their strategic priorities, to develop organizational standards, to strengthen governance and to motivate excellence within staff and volunteer teams.

Formerly Executive Director of the College of Midwives of Ontario (CMO) and a consumer activist, Holly was actively involved with the midwifery community in the transition towards regulation. During her many years with the CMO and then with YWCA Canada, she led several membership consultation activities to engage communities in determining and strengthening their futures.
