Application Form & Fees

Membership fees vary according to membership category (view application). In addition, fees are also determined by the method AECEO communications are sent to members – either by traditional mail (referred to as Plan 1) or electronically (referred to as the Electronic Membership Program or Plan 2). The Electronic Membership Program* offers substantial savings due to reduced mail and print costs. See below for details.

Traditional (Plan 1): Members receive via traditional mail Membership ID and receipt, Branch Contact Information, and quarterly eceLINK. Members also have access to the members-only area of website and receive e-bulletins via email (must provide email address).

Electronic Membership Program (Plan 2)*: Members receive via traditional mail Membership ID and receipt, and Branch Contact Information. Members receive quarterly eceLINK and e-bulletins via email, and have access to the members-only area of website. The Electronic Membership Program* offers substantial savings due to reduced mail and print costs.

*Currently, the Electronic Membership Program (EMP) is available only to the following individual membership categories: Professional Certified, Professional and Student. To take advantage of the EMP option, members must have an email address.
